1. What is the property rating based on?

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to all text, images, audio, software and other content on this site are owned by Resido and its affiliates. Users are allowed to view the contents of the website, cite the contents by printing, downloading the hard disk and distributing it to others for non-commercial purposes, providing information or personal purposes. Any content from this site may not be used for sale or distribution for profit, nor may it be edited or included in any other publication or website.

2. What is property condition point ?

The property condition points represent the overall condition of the property. Each property listed with UHOME is inspected and assessed by our professionally trained team.

3. Do I need to pay for the inspection report ?

The inspection is done for owners who list with UHOME, we will absorb the cost for the inspection process.

4. Are legal fees and stamp duty free ?

UHOME will absorb the SPA Legal Fees for our buyer. The stamp duty can be exempted for first house buyer for property below RM500k according to HOC Malaysia.

5. What is SPA ?

SPA, also known as Sales and Purchase Agreement. It is a legally binding contract which outlines the details of a sale between a buyer and owner to protect the benefit of both parties.

6. Why should I purchase property through your platform ?

UHOME is an integrated platform that aims to provide a hassle-free solution for property buyers. In addition to this, UHOME buyers will be entitled to lots of benefits like free legal fees, free insurance coverage and much more.

7. Is UHOME accepting listings outside of KL/Selangor ?

UHOME is currently specialized only in Klang Valley, KL/ Selangor area. However, we are looking forward to expand our services to cover other areas in the future.
